Students will practice orally brainstorming ideas from a given word prompt.
Find the Mistakes
Students play a game to find handwriting and coaching mistakes purposely made by the teacher.
Sentence Combining with Names
Students practice combining simple sentences that have their own names in them.
Combining Sentences with Because
This activity can be used once students have learned to combine sentences. Students practice combining sentences with “because” and can be used in social studies, science, and language arts lessons.
