In this assignment, we were instructed to design a deep space of our choosing using pen and ink. We started out with 4:9 thumbnails.

I chose the last thumbnail to resize into a larger landscape.

In this assignment, we were instructed to use a viewfinder to isolate dynamic, non-representational compositions from magazines. The goal was to practice the understanding of what makes a composition dynamic and interesting. We made 4:9 thumbnails.

After picking several cut-outs, we then turned one of the compositions into a huge pen and ink drawing.
