My relationship with perfectionism stems from multiple things such as my anxieties, my personality type which calls for me to want things to be perfect because I can be unrealistic at times, and an excessive necessity to have things cleanly precise.
After reading Art & Fear, it made me realize that you need to fail more to succeed–as in trial and error will get you to the perfection you are thinking of.
I chose to draw tables, heels, trees, and fruit bowls as I know those are objects I have difficulty drawing and hate drawing–mostly because of perspective issues.
