The most important thing that I initially realize about this assignment is, with in the first few minutes of reading this woman’s dissertation on her “Knap sack” privileges I have been so unaware of the completed disadvantages I have been subjected to. Only because somewhere along the lines of African Americans gaining a foot in the American society, we’ve been conditioned in a way to think all of white society’s privileges are black society’s strengths. We are made to know that certain me stoats for certain and to be aware of it is not even half the battle. We have to be stronger for the very reason they don’t have to be.    Healthy environments for raising our young, schools, after school education, jobs, and other life necessities not always at or discretion. So we do what we must do as a race, people and culture.  So to say the “Knap sack privilege” is indeed a privilege but a handicap none the less. Her twenty five point condition bullets only reiterate what is already evident. Most African Americans don’t have the ability to fathom these points, let alone be able to pick and choose which ones they see as most important. We all would like the ideas of anyone of the twenty five points … Black Americans as well as all other races. So I choose all of her points to best applies to me. Because not only do I deserve my specific comforts … I feel all humans deserve the right to live life as safely and comfortable as they please. There are something s I would and some I would subtract. Only due to my specific ethnicity and environment .But the term privilege implies selected few.   I am satisfied with the idea of all or none. The assignment saddens me ultimately
