Sequential Narrative

For this assignment, we were meant to take previous projects and experiments and create a full-fledged comic/sequential narrative! We drew from our three images, and were meant to center it around ourselves as superheroes.

For my comic, I wanted to make it fun and childlike, since I felt like the magical girl theme was on par with that. I drew from a seemingly endless pool of materials for backgrounds and other details, wanting to create a cutesy twee sort of feeling around it. I digitally drew the people seen, cut them out, coloured them, and set them up!

 

It was a long and hard process, but I’m happy with the results.
