That’s how a promise is sealed by best friends.
With the lift of the hand and the separating of the fingers,
That’s when the promise ends.
With a hug and a kiss,
That’s how lovers seal their promises.
With the separating bodies and the separating lips,
That’s when the promise broke into pieces.
With a word and a nod of the head,
That’s the way strangers seal.
With the other leaving out of sight,
That’s when there’s a broken deal.
Everyone seals in different ways,
But the best seals are the ones that stays.
It’s hard to find a good seal that won’t break apart.
Maybe because not many people realize,
That the best seal comes from the heart.
