Conclusion

~ ”Managers can foster success by knowing the attitudes and motivations of these generations. To continue this success, they must be able to communicate with these groups.”

~  “Individuals are molded by the generation in which they were born. Managing these diverse groups requires finding common ground. Success can be fostered by knowing the attitudes and motivations of these groups.”

~Adding on to why Multi-Gen is important,

~Working in a Multi-Gen environment is important because even though everyone has different mindsets and are from different generations, it is idyllic to come together and share ideas to complete a task. According to Workday, “We don’t use the stereotypes of a generation to structure programs, but it is smart to pay attention to our blended workforce and their wants and needs.” “We work hard to develop our programs in a way that allows them to flex to the unique differences and needs of each team.” We should not judge a person until we have listened to their opinions and ideas. We should come together and build a diverse empire and work together no matter the age or generation.

Why should we care?

~Involving members of every generation is essential for managers  of intergenerational workforces, not merely for satisfaction with staff but also for the long-term achievement of the business. workplaces that are welcoming and multicultural have higher rates if staff retention, revenue expansion, and creative thinking availability.  The challenges  with this multigeneration across the workplace like miscommunication and stereotypes, but we could improve upon this and get different opinions on how to develop as a business as a whole.
