A.I. in automation has had a drastic increase in usage and performance. Now A.I is being used to do jobs more efficiently and cheaper than having humans perform them. Now there is a new form of Automation and A.I. referred to as intelligent process automation. This term refers to new technologies that utilize the automation processes, but also machine learning found in artificial intelligence. This new form of automation and A.I is designed so that the machines may work for nothing while humans focus on the social aspects of working such as customer service customer experiences. This new way of doing business has been designed to shape how products are made, who produces them, and the speed at how they are produced. Using machines to become laborers will likely decrease the amount of time humans have to actually be present at work.
