What is Engagement?

Engagement is usually referred to as involvement and commitment. It correlates with energy, efficacy, and involvement. 

Work Engagement 

• Work engagement refers to the relationship that an employee has towards their work.
• Organizations want and need employees who will willingly engage themselves into their work psychologically.
• Engagement can be a reflection of an employee’s satisfaction with their work and their sense of inspiration from being part of the organization.
• Engagement in the workplace is a concept of a positive, work-related state of mind.
