About Me: Origins
Greetings and bienvenue anyone who happened to stumble upon this blog and/or this post. My name is Karlton Vivians, a junior attending Georgia Perimeter at Georgia State University, despite still being in high school. To ber more specific, I attended DeKalb Early College Academy, a dual enrollment program that sent me and my peers to the Clarkston campus of GSU. The main thing I’m gunning for is a more advanced education in Fine Arts, matching my primary hobbies which include drawing, writing, and gaming, each of which have a hand in communication through the arts. When my high school years started to approach, I was given a choice between DECA and Arabia Mountain High School, to which I much preferred the former due to its proposal of a more dynamic and challenging experience. Needless to say they did not dissapoint. My goals for this college-and by extension this class-is to boost my GPA to the point where I can apply for the Zell Miller Scholarship, in which the GPA requirement is 3.7 (I’m around a 3.6). I also want to come out the classroom less ignorant than when I walked in.
In terms of my personal life, I’m a somewhat average person, though whether this is a fact of life or just being humble, only the Etherial Being in the Sky knows. My aforementioned hobbies involve drawing, reading, writing, and playing video games, drawing being my overall favorite and the one I do most often. When I’m not drawing my own character designs for nothing (at the moment), I’m staring at drawings and animations done by other people, most specifically anime, manga, and webcomics. To be honest, I’d rather not get into anime in this post because the story would be too long. I also have a DeviantArt and Wattpad (both of which haven’t been touched in months), as well as a few Amino accounts (about three of which I use on a regular basis). With that said, I wish you farewell and good day.
