Rothblatt is the highest-paid transgender women executive in the United States. In 1995, Rothblatt published a proclamation about the argument of sexual identities, “The Apartheld of Sex”. To keep a balance of comfort, corporations such as Google have created gender-neutral bathrooms so people are at ease. In order for these, unisex bathrooms to exist, designers must address the issue so workers can work together. The point of creating a separate bathroom for transgender people provides the equality amongst everyone for them Accommodation spreads all around, the designers must consider the disabilities and gender change in public areas and workplaces. Everyone should respect and help the diversity of the human population in all environmental situations so that people can embrace their identity. Tick explains how the world should be more appreciative of all kinds of human identities. There should be a neutral balance between the mindset of everyone.
