Project I: 8 Ways Project Review

The initial stages of the 8 Ways Project posed a considerable challenge with the complexities of crafting paper sculptures and mastering paper manipulation techniques. Understanding the nuances of this medium seemed daunting at first, leaving me uncertain about the project’s potential. However, with persistent effort and dedicated practice, I gradually gained a deeper understanding of its capabilities. As I honed my skills, the project began to unveil its myriad possibilities, sparking a newfound sense of excitement and creativity.

Amidst this journey of discovery, I found my greatest inspiration in the mesmerizing world of sea life and nautical themes. Drawn to the idea of infusing my sculptures with movement, realism, and profound emotion, I delved into the exploration of vibrant colors and intricate textures found in marine environments. This thematic direction allowed me to imbue each artwork with a deeper sense of meaning, as I sought to evoke the dynamic essence of the ocean and its inhabitants through my creations.
