The goal of this project was to take a book and get creative while destroying it. I chose to go with a horror theme. My book was Twilight so naturally I went with a bloody look.

My Process: First I cut out the holes of the pages and then glued the pages down so it wouldn’t flop around. Then I mixed up the red and mixed in a heavy body paint to make it thick so I could get a sticky looking texture. The next thing I did was to find a stick to make the trunk of the tree. Then I started to build the leaves with the cut out pages. The last thing I did was create the roots by using hot glue and paint.
