Charcoal and Eraser Tools.

Using Shading and Value To ReCreate A Quiet Teapot. 

This teapot was a challenge. This was the first assignment that we started using reductive and charcoal. I had to adjust my eyes to feel the teapot instead of outlining the pot, i accomplished my goal ant the teapot turned out very calm. I wish I would have had more time to drive into the surrounding items.

Erasing Value And Shadow out of Charcoal. 

The Banana of this project was my favorite thing to do. I like the way the objects float in mid-air on a smooth glassy saucer. With reductive drawing I do a lot of blending so I usually color in the shape of the object and use a brush and eraser to sculpt the object from the black charcoal.
