House on Fire/ Portait of Personal Items

I chose three things to take with me, one of my bags, a pair of heels, and my passport. All of these things are replaceable, but leaving with them would make surviving a disaster a lot easier. Identification is easy to replace if it is destroyed, but I know not one person who ever feels like replacing it. Then of course, I chose a pair of heels because most days I wear them anyway. Additionally, I chose of my statement bags. The bag is great because if I were in a hurry to get out, I would be taking something that is already holding other valuable items to me, like other identification, cash, and probably my cell phone. I could quickly get back on my feet with these things, and I would look good doing it. The passport is especially important because I travel so much, and the heels are important because I need something to walk in later. I would want someone to know, based off of these things, I am practical, fast on my feet, and fashionable.

  1. I love your summary at the end about being “practical, fast on my feet, and fashionable” – I think this is very clear from your choice of items.

  2. lol I love your overall summary, it’s so true and just like a girl. I definitely agree with saving your passport because I had one and that was my main identification for a while because I never felt like going to get my license again lol but I just lost my passport in a car accident and wasn’t able to get it back : (. And I especially love the last part, that had me laughing for a while lol.

  3. I agree with grabbing the identification it is important that is something i did not think of grabbing because i always have it when i m awake but i would have to grab it if my house was on fire.

  4. Seems very classy! I wouldn’t think to grab a passport… but seems very important. Definitely always need a good pair of heels… lol we are typical girls!
