Self Portrait (art class)
This project required us to look in a mirror next to us and create a self-portrait based on what we looked like. We had to remove our masks and hats in order to see our entire face and head with all of their features. We needed to create either one portrait facing at an angle and one portrait facing towards us. This project also had use an easel board for the first time to hold up our canvases and we had to be facing the center of the paper so that it could be drawn properly.

Mixed Exploration Bell Peppers (art class)
This project required us to draw a bell pepper using 5 different art techniques: Contour, Hatching, Cross-Hatching, Washing, and Free-Form. We did not have to use the same bell pepper for every technique but using the same bell pepper made it easier. it also allowed us to capture the different shapes a bell pepper could be grown in. This project also required us to use materials we haven’t used before which made it more interesting than the previous ones.
