This article is the about the hanging that occurred in Piedmont Park on July 7, 2016. This article has an audience that is geared towards the Atlanta people and those who resided in Downtown Atlanta. The purpose of the article is to inform the people of Atlanta what happen. An objection one may have is the nature of the article due to the hanging having the possibility of being a suicide or hate crime. This article was useful to me because it gave me more insight to what happen in this situation and gave me the chance to research Piedmont Park.
