Piedmont park is located in downtown Atlanta off of Piedmont avenue. This park is one that bring fond memories to me and my friends. Piedmont park has been a hub for cultural and life changing experiences for me my whole life. I’ve visited this park countless times as I have lived in Atlanta since birth.
In this place, I feel a sense of freedom and security all in the same breathe. Piedmont has been the stomping grounds of me and my closest friends since we met in middle school and has seen my growth and development through her rich and luscious trees and grass.

One specific memory that stands out to me about Piedmont park is the summer after my high school graduation. The crew and I where getting ready to go off to our respected choices of higher education and wanted to spend one last day together and as always it started at one of our favorite places in Atlanta Piedmont park. The day was one filled with laughs about the old days and crazy stories about what we used to do in high school. Soon the day turned to night and what is a great day out without pictures to show for it. We took pictures that are still some of the best I’ve ever taken and ended our summer the right way.
