ENGL 1101 is part one of a two-part course module. I have always taught ENGL 1101 as a survey of writing and research methods that can be further developed in ENGL 1102. Spring 2020 we began our course in the classroom, but eventually moved online as COVID-19 intensified. The plan for this semester was modified some as we moved online to respond to the change in delivery and the evolving needs of the class.
