Netiquette is a rule and behavior you need to have in online networks. I already knew the basic of netiquette, where you need to behave from others and be nice to each other even though you don’t see them face-to-face. The new fact that I learned about netiquette is before you take action, you also need to have research and learn the background information. For example, on question number 6, from Netiquette Challenge, it asked should I forward the ‘COMMON’ warning email from the random person. I answered yes because it’s good to spread the words on this kind of things. However, I got it wrong because it is good netiquette to research the information before forwarding it and should not pass along a myth as a fact. For now on, I shouldn’t just forwards the warning email immediately but have some research on the events.
