My Favorite Things/ 2022

For this piece we had to pick out a few items that had meaning to us. We then had to pose each item together and then draw it using the reductive process. This process involves covering the whole page in your medium and then erasing away at it until you are satisfied with the image. This piece was done at home and was lit by a studio light that I had borrowed from my dad. Each object has a special meaning to me from my sketchbooks, to the mallets I used in high school.
