This painting of Martin Luther King Jr. is hanging on the wall in the lobby of the church building to the right of the entrance. Seeing it so prominently placed makes it evident that the legacy of the church is of his efforts. This sign is also situated on the wall within the building but before ascending the stairs to the sanctuary. It was difficult to get the image zoomed in enough given the lighting inside, but it states the vision and mission of the National Park Service concerning the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site.
