materials : tone paper, water color paper, ink wash, watercolor pencil

the three perspective drawing, the goal was to use 1-point , 2- point and atmospheric perspective. the drawings are centered around a hero that we had to create and where we think they would be. for my atmospheric perspective I drew the Krog tunnel here in Atlanta on black paper with white and terracotta pencil as well as watercolor pencil . My 1- point I drew my closet in an ink wash and crowquill pen on watercolor paper. lastly was my 2-point drawing of an underside of a bed, here I drew it in watercolor pencil on water color paper.

I chose these places for my hero story because I see the underside of my bed and closet specifically as a somewhat safe space and that’s somewhere that I have a say and something that I can change myself. in the end it all ties together with my hero story.
