Mellon Intersectionality in the American South Pedagogy Workshop
We are currently taking application for a one (1) week summer workshop of two-person interdisciplinary teams to study and employ intersectionality as a didactic tool for facilitating higher order instruction and analysis across multiple disciplines. This workshop will teach and reinforce concrete strategies for capturing the analytical synergy intersectionality and multi-disciplinarity can produce in the classroom. Outcomes will include Course Development, Curricular Design, Instruction, Syllabus, and Participant Discussion.
