To create this drawing, I began by outlining it with a charcoal pencil. Then, I gradually add depth and detail by using four different color conte crayons: black, white, bistre, and sanguine. For shading and creating darker areas, I use black and bistre. For lighter areas, I use sanguine. Finally, to highlight the brightest parts of the picture, I use white.
