Grant West,* “I can’t remember it not being there.”

Grant West,* an employee of the city of Atlanta born in 1969, grew up in Virginia on the fringes of the nation’s capital. In his interview Grant* retells his experiences of his early youth going to his neighbors house and playing games on their IBM PC, and of his high school and college years when his family bought and gifted him his first computer an IBM PC Junior. Lastly, he describes his experiences with the early internet in relation to his work with the city of Atlanta.
