Support the Collections

Basic support for all Women and Gender Collection programs is provided by Georgia State University and is augmented by funds generated through donations. These funds and endowments (described below) enable us to travel to pick up collections or to conduct oral history interviews, to transcribe oral histories, to arrange for specialized preservation work, and to pay for the Georgia Women’s Movement Spring Event and annual exhibit. They also enable me to provide a stipend for an Endowed Graduate Research Assistant and to award annual research fellowships that encourage graduate students to use the collections.
