Brandon Hodges
Brandon graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Columbus State University where he also worked as a tutor for the University Writing Center. Brandon was a poetry editor for Columbus State’s Arden literary Journal and was a radio host for “The B Show” for the Non-Profit and Civic Engagement Center (NPACE)’s Cougar Public Radio slot.
Brandon is pursuing my Master’s degree in Communication at Georgia State University, and he plans to create his own radio or talk television show highlighting current events and concerns through an entertaining and informative lens.
Brandon’s research interests include, representation in society and media, the intersectionality of race, gender, and class in private and public spheres, relationships between socio-economic status and literacy, and the effects of environment on success.
