The GSU elevator pitch team consisting of Sainabou and Kiana had a fantastic presentation for the competition. The competition was sponsored by Schneider Electric at NSBE 49. Their pitch was about eco-friendly student living. It was dedicated to providing students with access to affordable and sustainable living made from shipping containers.

Because of their outstanding performance, they were able to place in the top 3! They were then invited to a private event hosted by Schneiders Electric!

Before this event, Dr. China introduced the team to a friend and former Moorhouse classmate, Arron Lucas from Draper.

The team also had dinner together at an Italian restaurant called Buca Di Beppo.

 

As you can see from these photos, the food was good and everyone was all smiles.

Overall, today was a great and productive day. We were able to grab a win, speak to a competent engineer, and have dinner together as a team.
