Hello, and welcome to your one-stop shop for real, full truth surrounding disability. Whether you’re looking for the scoop on disability history, testimonials detailing the societally hidden aspects of disabled life, reports of the contemporary activism which drives the modern struggle for rights, or resources for support in the Clarkston and Georgia State University community, The D.A.M.N (Disability, Advocacy, and Mental-health News) Magazine is the place to be.

D.A.M.N is a Perimeter College based and student-led online magazine dedicated to healing the long-standing erasure of disability through sharing the stories of both people with disabilities and those working in disability activism. We also serve as a hub for anyone in need of resources surrounding disability by providing information about services and current developments in accessibility and inclusion.

Education is activism. We here at D.A.M.N know that ignorance can easily lead to wide scale oppression. Just by showing up on our site and reading what we have to say, you’re taking the first step to becoming an active supporter of disabled rights.

Check out our social media and Youtube pages linked in the footer for more information and updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or comments.
