X Collage Project

Outer space is something that has always fascinated me. For this project, I wasn’t sure what to create. I had a few ideas floating around, but they solidified once I forgot to bring my white paper. My professor gave me black paper. After some brainstorming and talking with friends, I went full force into space themed collaging. I wanted to place an astronaut in each collage, and I went through many science magazines to find the right pieces for all three collages. It was a new experience creating a three-dimensional piece out of collaging, but new challenges are always welcome for me!
