Compassion Project

The first poster is geared towards adults with ADHD, specifically women. “You deserve the same love and kindness you so easily give to others”: People with ADHD are usually very sensitive and compassionate and usually hard on themselves when it comes to their own mistakes and difficulties. This poster is a reminder their kindness and compassion should be used on themselves as well. The word balloons illustrate how a brain of a person with ADHD functions on a daily basis.

The second poster is geared towards people who have a relationship with a person with ADHD – friends, sons and daughters, husbands and wives, co-workers and family in general. This message is powerful because it is very difficult for neurotypical people to understand and not get frustrated with the daily routine issues such as forgetfulness, confusion, impulsivity, inattention a person with ADHD goes through regularly. The brain with flowers illustrates how different and yet beautiful and creative people with ADHD are.
