“1984” is the social background of “English club”, the English full name is the “British socialism”.

All the characters and events in the story take place against this background. 1984 is written in the future of the author’s time. In other words, it’s a fantasy. However, it is different from those “cyberpunk” novels, which are built in a relatively developed science fiction world. Even though both of them are pessimistic about the future development of human nature and society, at least the latter can be refreshing with its flying ships and piles of artificial intelligence. The world of 1984, on the other hand, is devoid of any of that. Its “fantasy” is embodied only in that centralized system. People living in different time and space dimensions can always find resonance and empathy in books. History sees us as we see it. Whoever controls the past controls the future; Who controls the present, controls the past. It is not reality itself that is terrible. It is the most terrible thing to fall into it without knowing it. Therefore, the more books you read, the more you understand, the more painful it is. The happiest people are those who look at the sky from a well, and are best not to realize that they are there.

The real economy will also decline, and the unemployment rate will increase, which will affect the stability of the country. How to do? Need new industry to pull and stimulate. The Internet industry is an extension of the Internet industry. Next, developed countries in Europe and America set an example for us: entertainment, sports, education. By using the technological platform of the Internet, these three industries can disperse many idle labor force. On the one hand, it can solve the unemployment problem of labor force, and at the same time, entertainment, sports and education can consume people who have uneasy factors. The two measures can maintain the stability of the country. George Orwell was able to think through social phenomena in his own time, and it was difficult for the master to look beyond the world.

A 6.0-magnitude earthquake hit ChangNing county, Yibin city, Sichuan province at 22:55 on June 17, 2019. As of 16 o ‘clock, June 19, the earthquake caused a total of 13 deaths, 199 injured, 168,000 affected, some water and electricity, transportation, communications and other infrastructure damage.

In order to support the earthquake relief work, the national development and reform commission (NDRC) arranged an emergency subsidy of 50 million yuan from the central budget of Sichuan province for the emergency recovery and construction of infrastructure and public welfare facilities in the disaster-hit areas. The emergency management department continued to guide the disaster relief work, and coordinated with the ministry of natural resources, ministry of water resources and other relevant departments to the earthquake area around the risk of hidden dangers to make a preliminary investigation, strictly prevent secondary accidents. The ministry of transport promptly made arrangements and called for all efforts to do a good job in emergency rescue, transportation and transport. As of Sunday evening, except for a few lines, highways and railways in China and other provinces had been open to normal traffic. Civil aviation and shipping were initially unaffected. The national health and fitness commission quickly organized the first group of national medical and health emergency experts a total of 9 people to aid the earthquake zone in Changning, Sichuan province, and has organized the second group of national experts on standby according to needs.

As shown in the picture, at 18:30 on June 18, the first seriously injured person in Changning earthquake was transferred to Sichuan provincial people’s hospital by helicopter for further treatment.

With the concerted efforts of all parties, the relief materials arrived quickly. 5,000 tents, 10,000 folding beds and 20,000 quilts from the central disaster relief materials reserve in Chengdu have been delivered to the affected areas. The Red Cross of China allocated 100 relief tents, 2,000 relief families, 2,000 quilts and 1,000 emergency suits.

At present, the injured have been treated quickly, the affected people have been basically settled, most of the power and disrupted roads in the disaster areas have been restored, Changning county 10 affected towns, 159 natural villages, 15 residents of the initial investigation of the disaster has been basically completed, the production and life in the affected areas is basically normal.

It is worth noting that a total of 110 communities in Chengdu have implemented “big trumpet” countdown warning, including 60 high-tech zones, after the 6.0-magnitude earthquake in Yibin Changning on the evening of June 17.

It is reported that in cooperation with the Chengdu high-tech zone and the Chengdu hi-tech disaster reduction institute, earthquake warning “loudspeakers” have been used in 60 communities, accounting for 80% of the total number of communities in Chengdu high-tech zone. The community with earthquake warning “big horn” on the roof will broadcast early warning before the earthquake reaches the community, so as to ensure the safety of the community and effectively reduce casualties and property losses. At the same time, the Chengdu institute of high-tech disaster reduction will also release early warning information to community residents through SMS, TV and other channels to realize multi-channel and wide coverage of earthquake warning services.

Wang tun, director of Chengdu Gaoxin disaster reduction institute, said the alarm came from the mainland earthquake warning network jointly built by the institute and emergency management departments, including the former municipal and county earthquake departments. The warning time was 61 seconds earlier than the quake felt.
