Design Thinking Next Level

Zach Pousman is an ethnographically-inspired designer of new digital services and digital tools. He loves to join people in the real world and then lead teams to build prototypes and products to delight people as they live and work.

Zach is the lead facilitator and researcher at Helpfully, a digital products R&D company in Atlanta Georgia. Zach has led fieldwork in hospitals, delivered insights through nationwide quant studies about moms and dads and their shopping behaviors, and run workshops and prototyping sprints at UCB Pharma, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Google, Microsoft Health Solutions Group, and other Fortune 100 companies.
