The memory project has led me to create one of my favorite pieces, the one with the purple backdrop. The memory is from going out to a show at the Mammal Gallery and hanging out with some friends at one of their apartments afterwards. The hat is for aesthetics, the violin body and microphone for music, the jalapenos for talk of chili, and the cup and orange juice as orange juice was drunken at the apartment. Also, the orange and mug are audience members. The microphone stand also doubles as a cigarette. The vinyl record for a face is there due to vinyl being played after the show at the Mammal Gallery. Each item has its purpose.
