In the shadow of unforgettable 2016 Presidential Election, many are looking for answers. With citizens fingers being pointed at campaigning, scandals, and the media, experts are looking no further than the Electoral College. Despite Hillary Clinton’s large victory in the popular vote, she failed to capture the Electoral College, and thus failed to win the White House as well. This has left many to wonder about whether or not the Electoral College still has a place in our government…
