My name is Erica Hornsby, I’ve lived in Georgia all my life. I am the youngest of three children. I have studied art since I was little through learning new techniques from my mom. I have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education with Science and art Education. I am currently in the BFA program working on my art Education bachelors degree. I will be graduating in May 2021 with my BFA in Art Education. My main goal in life is to be an art teacher. I have always had a passion for art and teaching young adults the importance of using your imagination and never give up on what you believe in. I work mostly with paint and drawing (With color pencils and graphite) but I am always willing to learn. While attending Georgia State University I have obtained new knowledge and worked with new materials and equipment that will better my art career. I look forward to the road ahead of me and what is to come as I continue my goals and inspiring students to create art 🙂
