The thirteen ways at looking at a piece of paper project challenged the creativity and brainstorming of transforming a 8 1/2” X 11” office paper into a three dimensional form. This project developed and pushed ideas of thinking of a flat piece of paper of more of the three-dimensional object. I was amazed about the many possibilities that one piece of paper can hold. I approached this project with an open mind and through trial and error of cutting, scoring, ripping, crumbling, and photography I was able to create ten different forms that represented my life and my personality. I got to work more with photography and structuring angles that transformed the paper into multiple possibilities.
