How to accept membership and join our chapter

To join the Alpha Zeta Mu chapter of Phi Theta Kappa:

  1. Read the Information for New Inductees page. It contains several important dates including the application deadline.
  2. Attend one of the orientation sessions. The times, dates, and locations are on the Information for New Inductees page.
  3. Choose ONE faculty or staff member that you would like to honor at the Induction Ceremony and follow the instructions on the nomination form.
  4. Allow yourself to be honored at the Induction Ceremony and the reception that follows. The date, time, and location are on the Information for New Inductees page

To submit your application online:

  1. Locate the personal code you were sent in your invitational e-mail.
  2. Visit the Phi Theta Kappa membership site by the application deadline and follow the directions. Be sure to enter your passcode in all capital letters. Verify that all the information is correct; if your address is incorrect, you can change it
  3. Continue with the above instructions.
