- In states where medical and/or recreational marijuana is lawful, can employers discharge workers who test positive for drugs?

- What are the penalties for hiring undocumented workers and should they be reduced? What role should business needs play in the current debate over U.S. immigration policy?
- Should employers be prohibited from including mandatory arbitration clauses in employment contracts and policies to allow workers to litigate wrongful discharge claims?
