This is my insect wire sculpture. I wanted to focus on the key details of insects. Such as the antennas and it’s emphasized look. In comparison to the wings, with their delicate fluttering significance. The detailing on the tail portion is wire wrapped repeatedly over and over again on a pencil into a spiral like formation.
