The Evolution of Rhythm and Blues music has changed our lives over the decades. From the 1960s to the 1990s, fashion in music videos have involved and trends such as the grunge and punk were born. The 1960s had major events that changed the decade forever. This decade had several life-changing events that occurred such as the Vietnam War and the Cold War. During this time several movements were formed for equal opportunity and better rights. The Civil Rights Movement started and protesters had sit-ins and strikes for their rights. This was one of many that changed history forever. Music was effective during both decades and was very powerful. Culture and Society live throughout both decades and have evolved within R&B music differently.
