Walking through this land trust, you forget that it is part of an actual neighborhood. Signs like these are placed near homes to remind visitors that certain areas are the private property of the homeowners. The sign is a reflection of the residents in this community. It’s simple, organic, and polite.

“Respect Our Neighbors” is one of the signs that we’re going to  see when we first approach the entrance of the Lake Claire Community Land Trust. This place has a very peaceful ambiance and the individuals who enter need to respect those who reside there.
