On the first day of doing CRM, I notice that I seem to be more relaxed than usual. My body seem to be at peace and I was more calm. My day seem to be more productive and I accomplished more than I expected. By the time I went to be bed it was immediate rest. For the next couple of days it was pretty much the same. It was something I never felt before. The few moments I spent meditating were some of the most restful minutes of my life. I am always moving and going. So to be able to take the time to just sit and rest is a blessing well needed. During the week I usually get 4 ½ to 5 hours of sleep. Which isn’t a lot, especially when it comes to having class the next day. I tend to push myself too hard some times and in turns I’m not very productive. But during this week of CRM, I have became more of myself again and my mind wasn’t running as much. Even after I’ve gone to bed. This was one of the things I notice during CRM. My mind could still be processing thoughts, but I could push those thoughts away to come back to my center of peace. I also notice things seem to be less chaotic and more easier to handle. I really liked the experience and I am more likely to continue in the near future. To deal with different situations that may arise in my life. I also would advice others to try CRM as well to help them in their lives. Here are some of the entries I took note of:
April 4, 2016: It was an experience I never felt before. Just in those few moments, I obtained more rest than I usually get in a week. I think I will try out mediation in my life. I also notice during it my mind seem to be still running, but I could push them away to get back inner piece.
April 5, 2016: With my morning meditation, I felt a sense of peace and calmness. Everything around me wasn’t so bad anymore. I feel more relaxed and during my CRM I tend to feel nothing. Just accomplish the ultimate sense of peace.
