Lori is a PhD student in the Neuroscience Institute at GSU. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Neuroscience from the University of Sussex in Brighton, England. She’s currently investigating the role of sumolyation in the regulation of ion channels, particularly the hyperpolarization cyclic nucleotide gated channel, HCN2, and a member of the shal family of potassium channels, Kv4.2.
