Anna Parker

PhD Student

Anna is currently a PhD student in the Neurobiology and Behavior (NBB) program at GSU and has received the Brains and Behavior Fellowship. She graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors Degree in Biology from Georgia Gwinnett College. She is currently studying the role of SUMO post-translational modification in DA-mediated Activity-dependent co-regulation of invertebrate and mammalian ion channels.  For her research, Anna is employing a variety of molecular and electrophysiological techniques, including tissue culture, patching clamping, two electrode voltage clamping, western blotting, and molecular cloning.
