Assignment 2.3
Task 1
You have to lead an online presentation on the contents of your history term paper.
Tools: Canva, Google Slides
Reason: Both are free, simple-to-use presentation tools that include templates and many helpful internal tools to make any project easier.
Task 2
The final exam for your economics course is coming up, and you need to collect all of your (and hopefully your classmates’) online resources for a study guide.
Tools: Coggle, Quizlet
Reason: These tools specialize in compiling information in an easy-to-read manner. This would make studying a lot easier than reading paper notes.
Task 3
You need to create an interactive tour of Berlin as an assignment for your study abroad program.
Tools: Vimeo, Prezi
Reason: Vimeo allows for an engaging presentation while Prezi is interactive with transitions. Both can be used to showcase a location in a fun way.
Task 4
You and a group of your classmates have been asked to do a collaborative research project on how Facebook has affected the social habits of young adults.
Tools: Google Drive (Docs, Slides, etc.), Trello
Reason: Google Drive resources allow multiple individuals to edit the same documents at the same time, making group projects easy to collaborate on. Trello is a great tool for ensuring that group members remember and complete their portion of the project.
