Hello there! My name is Caitlyn, Cait for short. I’m currently a Senior at Georgia State University. I’m majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Media Entrepreneurship. This will be my second media-related degree. I obtained an Associates’ degree in Film and Media Studies back in 2019.
My goal is to create stories that represent all walks of life. I strive for inclusivity and diversity in all the work I create. My main goal is to become an author whose work makes it to the big screen. I want to not only bring my own voice to the field but help other voices get heard too.
My written achievements thus far include my published poem in the 2019 Creative License and an award I received from the 2019 Helen Friese Village Writer’s Group Scholarship for my fictional writings the year prior.
