SVP and Chief Information Officer, Georgia Pacific LLC

As SVP and CIO, Robby leads a global team of IT professionals developing strategy and delivering technology to drive transformation to “anticipate and meet the needs of our customers”.

After graduating from Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in decision sciences, Robby joined Georgia-Pacific in 1996 as an analyst and joined the IT organization in 2000. Over time, he assumed additional responsibilities and leadership roles and in 2023, Robby was named SVP & CIO.

Robby served as a member of the board of trustees for Holy Innocents Episcopal School in Atlanta and currently serves as a member of the AWS CIO Council.

Robby and his organization work to support and advance Inspiredu a nonprofit bridging the technical divide in underserved communities across Georgia and the Atlanta based chapter of WIT (Women in Technology).  Both organizations are an important part of the Atlanta community filling a significant need.  “We recognize Inspiredu and WIT as organizations that are building capability in others, and it is important to us to support organizations that lead to mutual benefit.”
