A seasoned technology executive with over two decades of global IT leadership experience, Muzaffer Lakdawala currently serves as Director of Information Technology at Şişecam USA, where he drives digital transformation initiatives and optimizes IT systems performance across the organization’s North American operations. In this role, he leads strategic technology planning, oversees critical infrastructure implementations, and ensures robust cybersecurity measures while managing a diverse portfolio of business applications that support manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Before Şişecam, he built a strong foundation at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM as a Management Consultant, where he guided global clients through complex system implementations and IT portfolio optimization during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His consulting experience encompassed various industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods, and financial services, providing him with broad exposure to diverse business models and technology challenges. During his tenure at PwC and IBM, he developed expertise in post-merger technology integration and digital transformation strategies that delivered measurable business value to clients.

His international experience spans collaboration with C-level executives across the USA, Australia, Canada, and EMEA regions, developing and implementing comprehensive technology roadmaps. Muzaffer combines his technical expertise with strong academic credentials. He holds a Master of Economics and Accounting from the University of Mumbai and completed the prestigious Executive Leadership Training Program at Harvard Business School.
